Sportivate

Organisations/clubs/bodies are encouraged to apply for Sportivate funding - A Lottery funded grants programme linked to the 2012 Olympic Legacy Strategy ‘Places, People, Play’ and aims to get more 14-25 year olds into participating in sport on a regular basis.

Deadline to apply for 2012 delivery: Friday 23rd December 2011

Club Links - Satellite Clubs - New Website  

Sport England has created a website dedicated to support those interested in setting up and running a satellite sports club for young people.  Focus is on the 11-19 age group.

Satellite sports clubs are an extension of community sports clubs and are a great way of attracting new members to your community sports club.

Community Games  

Community Games, funded by Legacy Trust UK, provide a wonderful and unique opportunity for communities from all backgrounds right across the West Midlands to come together to celebrate the 2012 Games and enable thousands of people to experience and create their own Olympic or Paralympic moment.
